Job Scam - Supply agent position

Looking for work? Beware! Job sites are littered with scams. Here's the first example I'll show. Upon a quick google search, you can see this company doesn't even have a website. Seriously, what company doesn't have a website now a days; especially since it's international. Oh, and the dead give away is the last line, "We will not contact you again unless requested."

Job Description:
As the Purchasing Agent, you will generally deal with packages and correspondence. The employee will need to create small market researches to find better pricing and conditions. Your tasks will include transportation scheduling, tracking  shipments and managing document flow, handle other administrative duties.

Position Tasks:

- Internal communication with purchasing, engineering, finance and manufacturing departments.
- External communication with suppliers domestic and international purchase printing, imaging and presentation equipment and supplies.
- Search for suppliers and manufacturers, consider quality, price, availability and technical support.
- resolve situations associated with the packages and orders
- Arrange delivery to company's offices overseas.
- Sending and receiving goods and correspondence.
- Report on the completed purchase orders.
- data entry tasks

Skills and Knowledge:
- Preferred: experience in a Customer Service field
- Computer literate and functional in all standard corporate software applications;
- US resident or valid US work permit. Aged over 25;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to promptly handle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously; - Skills in marketing activities, and sales and promotion organization;
-Must have excellent problem solving skills
- Above-average mechanical interest and aptitude;

Special Selection Factors:
- Ability to work solely and as part of a team;
- Knowledge of and experience with international export documentation and procedures;
-Working hours are flexible. You will create your personal schedule by yourself.
-General duties require up to 5 hours per day .

So even with my brain screaming "This is too good to be true" and "why would they ever have an opening if you make $1000.00 monthly for five hours of work that that can be done apparently anytime anywhere as long as you have a computer..." EVEN THEN I spent an entire five minutes to forward my resume. And yes I was hired! See how many errors you can find the letter I was sent.

  4. I received the corrected version of the acceptance of employment email. I clicked on the job description and when I got down to funds would be transferred to the employees' account I said "oh-oh" it's one of these! No corp. would have an employee be the first recipient of funds being paid to their company. How will accounting manage the funds, how can taxes, overhead expenses and payroll be properly allocated if funds are not coming directly to the company's own account? It doesn't make sense!
