It’s hard to do something wrong and then feel good about it. People can justify it anyway they want. It does not change the fact that it’s wrong. If someone does decide to have an abortion, they can’t fix it later. The deed is done and there is no way to undo the deed.
If you follow the bible, then consider the following two verses

I see three things out of these versus. The Lord does not like the shedding of innocent blood and many problems we have in our country can be attributed to our allowing of innocent blood. In addition, our own conscience will accuse of us things we have done wrong. Is it any wonder depression and abortion go hand in hand?
Sometimes you can see the after effect in people’s lives and notice bad decisions being made to try and make up for an abortion. Let me give an example. A woman has an abortion. It never sets with her quite right. At times she believes she didn’t do the right thing and something is missing in her life. She seeks to rectify the mistake she has made. So, she rushes in to a relationship without looking at all the aspects of it. She has a child to replace the one she should have had in the first place. The marriage is a complete disaster due to wrong foundations of the relationship. An unhappy marriage will surely lead to depression.
Now, for the people who don’t follow the bible, imagine going out and killing a puppy that doesn’t deserve to die. Picture twisting his neck all the way around until it’s dead. Would you feel bad about doing this? Why wouldn’t you feel bad about killing a child? If you think you would enjoy this exercise, you should seek professional help.
