This company says they are ITSF inc. A quick search of ITSF inc poland warsaw shows the only possible match would be the International Table Soccer Federation. I don't think this is from them, lmao.

I received the same e-mail. ITSF Inc. actually does appear to exist, and is headquartered in Warsaw: www.itsfinc.com
ReplyDeleteHowever, in addition to having a slightly fishy website, they don't appear to be involved in goods delivery.
Have sent the following:
"Morbid curiosity compels me to reply, in spite of the fact that this couldn't possibly sound more like a scam."
So we'll see.
Thank you for Posing.
ReplyDeleteWell, let me ask you a question. If you do an internet search for their address as such;
ITSF inc, "Warsaw, KSIĘCIA JANUSZA ST, 77"
Why do you only find their website with this address. Wouldn't it make sense that a business that is international operating would be listed on other websites?
Thank you for this information. I JUST received the aforementioned letter a couple of days ago but wanted to make sure it was a legitimate company before I even considered inquiring about the position offered. I've been scammed once before and won't be duped again no matter HOW desperate I am for a job.
ReplyDeleteI think we all get scammed at one time or another. It just makes you smarter. I consider myself fairly insightful when someone tries to scam me. However, sometimes I still fall for something. Usually at this point, it's from a shady or inexperienced sales person at reputable companies like AT&T
ReplyDeleteHas anybody sent the info required? If so, what happened?
ReplyDeleteI would like at the following post. This is the same format as the other one this person was responding too.

Like so many other people, I received this solicitation in the mail frmo ITSF, Inc. Out of curiosity I responded and requested more information. I was sent a reply stating briefly what the company is engaged in and provided an Employment Agreement. Being a legal professional, I understand the basic elements of a contract. The Employment Agreement is missing many things that are of considerable concern to me. In any case, I am inclined to defer to the old adage that, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is."
ReplyDeleteSent information, nothing confidential, no credit card info or personal info other than my name DOB address and phone number, didnt require me to fill out or sign any contracts before sending me thousands of dollars worth of electronics before i even agreed to any terms of work etc, now sending me pre-paid shipping labels to Russia... All the packages were not addressed to my name... What to do?
ReplyDeleteOne of our readers discovered some of these companies were using another person's funds to buy the electronics. Another reader says he found out that they were using this system to avoid paying taxes. Tax fraud is a serious crime.
ReplyDeleteI had the same email sent to me, how can we make sure that this is a legit business if it's not located in the U.S? I would like more info then already posted so I would know what to do and expect, I am a student and a struggling Father if this is a scam please can someone post legal or non-legal info about this company. It sounds too good to be true therefore I would like to take the neccessary steps in providing others to what is wright and wrong, can reach me at amamachines@gmail.com thank you for the thread and blog.
