Did you know when you ask people like this to remove you from their distro list that is just confirms they have an active account to spam? Don't do it. Just block it and let it go.

The tactic their using here is "fear of loss." It's a very powerful motivator. OMG, if I don't act know I'll lose $3,500. Whatever.
